Thermochromic pigments are sensitive to temperature. They change colour when temperature are heated up or cooled down.

Effect: Color changed by temperature. Eg. 45 degree black color thermochromic pigment,

when heat reach about 45 degree, black color will disappears,when temp. down, 

it will be return to black again. From color to clear.

Color: bright red, rose red, orange, sky-blue, midium green, peacock green, golden yellow, black, peachblow, navy-blue, bright yellow etc

Packing: 1kg per can; 5kg, 10kg per barrel 

Usage: Screen printing, transfer printing, spraying, offset printing etc 

Application: Cup making; Anti-counterfeit labels and packaging of cigarettes,wines, medicines, clothes etc 

Recommended concentrations

For Solvent/water based ink/paint       3~30% w/w (25%)

For plastics injection/extrusion         0.2%~1% w/w (0.5%)

Thermochromic Pigment for Plastics:

Suitable for different plastics material: PP, PE, PVC, PS etc.

Premix the plastic material with wax (adding rate of wax do not exceed 2% of plastic material);

Add thermochromic powder into plastic material and stir evenly. Can add  dispersant

if not good disperse.

Can mix with different color powder to get different colors.

Keep processing temperature below 230 degree C.
